Terms and Conditions yesclub

Yesclub (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We", or "yesclub") is an online betting platform offering sports betting, Live Casino games, Slot Games, bingo, and a variety of other online entertainment games to eligible members in Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and yesclub. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or access any part of our platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes in effect.

To register and use the yesclub platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be an individual registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list maintained by any gambling platform.

• Be capable of making valid and legally responsible decisions without coercion from any party.
• Not being an employee, business partner, or representative of yesclub or any of our affiliated companies.

Yesclub reserves the right to request proof of identity or proof of age at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to have one account only on the yesclub platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identity card or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A mobile number registered in Malaysia.
• Bank details for withdrawal purposes must match the account holder's name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All bets placed on the yesclub platform are subject to the following rules, which every member must comply with without exception:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances determined by yesclub.
• In the event of any technical disruption while a bet is being processed, yesclub reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the amount to the member's account.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence algorithms, or any automation tools to manipulate wagering is strictly prohibited.
• Yesclub's decision is final for any disputes relating to betting outcomes, odds calculations, or winnings payments.
• Bets suspected of involving match manipulation or sports corruption may be voided by yesclub without prior notice.
• The odds displayed are live odds subject to change based on market movements. The odds applicable at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply.

For casino and slot games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is independently audited and this information is available in each game's information section.

Yesclub members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and ethical manner while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward support staff or other members.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location or identity.
• Sharing account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Launching any form of cyberattack, hacking attempt, or disruption to the platform's infrastructure.
• Spreading false information about yesclub on social media platforms or online forums.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Yesclub reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member themselves through the self-exclusion programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in our inactive account policy.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, yesclub reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. For voluntary closure or inactivity, any valid balance will be returned to the registered bank account once the verification process is complete.

Yesclub shall not be liable for any financial losses, indirect losses, or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Betting losses resulting from unfavourable sports outcomes or game results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

The yesclub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee fully uninterrupted service under all circumstances.

Yesclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in yesclub's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court at yesclub's discretion.
